We are looking for a Delivery Architect/Senior Consultant with Enterprise Dynamics AX (ERP) experience who has a mix of hands on experience on business applications implementation, architectural design and strategic business acumen. The role requires both broad and deep professional services industry knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems and processes such as project management, project accounting, resource management, reporting and billing, to reusable end-to-end business application solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in executive and senior level business decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and end to end information technology, security, and business processes is also a must. The Delivery Architect will have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
The ERP Delivery Architect must apply advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of the Dynamics AX ERP Solution to provide detailed reliable solutions and estimates for service implementations. To be credible he or she must have current and deep experience with implementing large ERP engagements around the Microsoft platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX).

Expert level knowledge required assisting customers in architecting, planning, testing and deploying solutions including the following:


  • Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel

The AX Delivery Architect helps customer account teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects. To accomplish this, ERP Delivery Architects must be effective in fostering executive level relationships.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent education/experience, and/or 10 years of relevant work experience. Advanced customer management skills are a requirement.

Travel is an integral part of this position as are high levels of recognition and visibility. Travel can be as high as 100% as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. Position location is flexible.

Primary responsibilities include providing high quality technical support both remote and on-site for customers using System Center Service Manager. The successful candidate will be capable of providing field technical and remote support presence. The successful candidate will be capable of solving complex problems involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty. The Engineer acts as the primary remote or onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical troubleshooting support and problem resolution for Product Support Services and corporate customers, including issues escalated to the highest levels of management. Additionally, Engineers provide proactive assistance to customers in the form of Assessment and Educate offerings to help customers understand how to best deploy and maintain our products. Basic Qualifications:
